Psychotherapy in English

I am Dominik Rotter, a state-licensed psychological psychotherapist (Psychologischer Psychotherapeut, M. Sc.) running a private practice at Münsterplatz in the centre of Ulm. Sessions are available in English, in person or by video.

Who I work with

I see children, adolescents, young adults and adults. I work with behavioural therapy and systemic therapy, complemented by schema therapy and hypnotherapy. Which approach fits your concern is something we decide together at the start.

Costs and insurance

A session lasts 50 minutes and is billed under the German private fee schedule (GOP in conjunction with GOÄ); fees start at about 150 euros. German private insurers and Beihilfe generally reimburse psychotherapy, depending on your individual plan. I currently cannot admit patients under German statutory insurance (GKV). Paying privately is always possible, and you receive a transparent fee agreement before treatment begins. If your insurance is international or provided by your employer, please confirm reimbursement conditions with your insurer in advance.
